Very happy indeed - service was great, staff were welcoming, a pleasant window seat, the whole place clean and tidy, really good. The fillet steak was just the tiniest bit disappointing, nothing major, just not quite spot on, hence the 9 score.

First time being at Miller and Carter after many friends raving about the food. Myself and my friend had a great evening, very attentive server, Steve (I believe his name was) he was informative, pleasant and friendly. Our food was delicious, as were our drinks. However 70% through my medium-rare sirloin steak, I felt the steak was more on the rare side, maybe slightly thicker on the small portion I didn’t eat. I still left full and happy with no room for dessert and never mentioned this small “issue” to the server as the overall service, meal, drinks and experience was fabulous. Reasonably priced, great atmosphere, would recommend to friends and also come back again :o)
First time here and it was outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to squeeze us in which was really appreciated. The restaurant is beautiful with a fabulous ambience. The service was just brilliant and attentive and there are not enough adjectives to describe how good our steaks were. If I'm ever in Aberdeen, I'll be sure to head back here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service in a beautiful restaurant in a great location in the city.
I ordered a medium steak when it arrived it was well done but a fresh one came which was better and the price was removed from my bill.
Very good steak house, perfect and informative service and despite a full house, the ordered food was provided immediately. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt the best place in Aberdeen. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine. Staff are on the ball, there's no waiting around for food, glasses are topped up without having to call and always made to feel welcome from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. Steak is cooked perfectly, proper sized portions. These guys do it right. Worth every penny.
Excellent service all round from the time we entered until the time we left from all members of staff that dealt with us.This was our first visit. The menu was explained thoroughly from Dan,with recommendations to go with the steaks we ordered.I don't think there is anything to improve on as everything appeared to run like clockwork.Looking forward to our next visit.
Excellent meal here. Very high standard. The waiting staff are excellent without being OTT. Recommend you book though.
